Order Acceptance
If we accept your order, we will send you a confirmation of this by email. The receipt of an email order approval by you organizes our receipt of an order and the conclusion of a deal between us to sell the goods you have ordered, subjected to these terms. Whereas following such agreement, The Sairsam Company will always seek to meet the conditions of your order, there may be situations following confirmation wherever we are unable to ship products due to unavailability (of which we were not aware at the time of acceptance of the order). If that is the case, we will inform you as soon as possible and will refund the money for the unavailable products back onto your card or into your account. If the payment process has not begun at that time, the money for such products will not be taken out of your account or from your card. The Sairsam Company’s acceptance is therefore subject to the availability of products following the receipt of the confirmation email by you. Equally, while The Sairsam Company endeavors not to make any errors on its website and to ensure that its descriptions, details, and dimensions of its products, its prices, and other information about The Sairsam Company or its products, are accurate and up to date, errors can occur. If we identify an error that materially impacts your confirmed order, we will notify you as soon as possible and will provide you with the option of canceling your order in full or the part(s) of your order affected by the misinformation. If you make such a cancellation, the money for the canceled part of your order will be refunded to your account (or will not be taken at all if the payment process has not begun at that time). Prices and availability of products on the Site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered, and The Sairsam Company reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (including after an order has been submitted).
The Sairsam Company reserves the right to cancel an order at any time until the order has been delivered, for any reason, and refund the customer in full.
Delivery
Delivery costs are non-refundable for any reason. While we will do our best to provide any delivery conditions and dates, The Sairsam Company cannot ensure that these requests or requirements will be met. Specific requirements and any delivery limitations should be stated at the checkout in the records section or you should notify a member of staff at The Sairsam Company as soon as you locate your order. In the extraordinary event of injury being caused to your property by the delivery team, The Sairsam Bed Company will not take responsibility for any damages or expenses.
We shall not be responsible for any loss, economic or loss of profit or otherwise, arising directly or indirectly from any obstruction in the delivery of the goods.
Cancellation and Returns
Should you change your mind about your purchase we have a 48-hour cooling-off period in which you can cancel your order, we will need to be written or verbal information from your ‘customer’ within this session to cancel.
Each bed is viewed as a specialist, made-to-order item and therefore is a non-returnable item. Once the 48-hour cooling-off period has been exceeded you will not be able to cancel your order or return your bed.
Data Protection
We comply with all the statutory requirements of the data protection act 1998 as well as comprehensive data security regulations and all your personal information are confidential and secure. Your information will never be shared or sold to any third-party company.
Manufacturers Warranty
With all of our products, you will also obtain a free one year’s manufacturers warranty. This guarantee starts from the day that you sign for your delivery. However, some exclusions do apply. If you disassemble the bed for any purpose or move the bed to various property your guarantee will be voided.
